Great atmosphere, not the greatest meal. I managed to get two ineatible additions to my meal. The chips were soggy and the slaw... was bland. The sandwich was good enough that I will give it another chance, but I will be checking the food extra careful. Read more

Today was my first time eating at the Melt. I was visiting from Michigan and I've always wanted to go to the Melt after I saw... the Man Vs Food episode. I started out with an order of the fried mozzarella wedges and I got a Mighty Macaroni Grilled Cheesewith potato chips. Some of my potato chips were stale; but other than that the food was Very Good. Service was great as well. Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Would definitely recommend the Melt. P.S. Would love it if the Melt came toMichigan Read more

My husband and I went to The Melt today after visiting the zoo and were pleasantly surprised…it was really good and large... portions. My husband got the Cleveland Cheesesteak and I got the Monte Cristo and it was so good. It was like getting a dessertand a entree. With the monte cristo I got chips with dip that was like French onion and ranch. The waitress recommended it andit was amazing. We also had chips and artichoke dip as an appetizer and loved it. My husband got a mixed drink from the bar andhe liked it. I give them a 4 out of 5 because they had 2 waitresses that got into an altercation while we were there. Whathappened was the waitress behind the bar told the other waitress…” the guy in the back told me the new girl put thatthere” …and then the new girl said “ it wasn’t me” they did on the floor in front of customers which to me seemed lowclass. It was also rude of the waitress behind the bar to confront the other waitress loudly and in front of customers coming torelax and destress. Even if she was a manager it was rude to call an employee the new girl and also confront her on front of allthe customers loudly. They also had these weird outdoor Christmas and Halloween decorations all around the restaurant…it justgave it a cheap vibe when I saw them. And being from the Nashville area bars and restaurants there don’t have cheap decor likethat at there bars. Read more

We seen it on Diners Drive Ins & Dives, and Man vs Food. I heard it was good, so on our way back from PA, we decided to take a... detour to try it. The place is amazing! We had to wait on a Sunday afternoon for a table, for whatever reason they didn't usethe side room. The wait was worth it. The food came out in a reasonable time, quicker than I thought with as busy as they were.Service was great. Our waitress stopped by several times to see if we needed anything, if food was tasting good etc. Quick onthe refill. Can't ask for more. I had a cheeseburger, my wife the mac n cheese burger. Both were big, and filling. We both tookfood home. My wife ordered appetizers, they were great too. She wasn't fond of the coleslaw that came with hers, but onlybecause she said onions were pretty hot. I thought it was good. I'd recommend it! Read more
