Do they still sell the HAND DIPPED ICE CREAM BAR WITH NUTS all over it??? That was my favorite!!!
I visited during a busy time a few days ago and ordered a whole pizza. After 20 minutes passed, I had gone up to the counter to... ask how much longer it would be, as I had a cart full of frozen items and was rudely dismissed and the employees pointed to thefloor saying that was the pickup line. After another 30 minutes, totaling almost an hour, and after watching many customers comeand go with their pizzas, I walked to the counter to cancel my order and was told that they lost the ticket!! I waited another15 minutes and finally got my pizza, but the customer service here is seriously lacking. I was offered no compensation, not evena 60 cent drink. One star for the customer service. The food as in all Costco's is good. Since my last comment on the food court service, the overall flow of service provided has... improved and of course the food is still a great value. Keep up the good work! Read more

I went to pick up 3 pizzas. It was uber busy and chaotic. I ended up with an order payment receipt for 2 pizzas although I... paid for 3 pizzas. Initially, I was told that they did not have my paid order receipt for 3 pizzas. Ultimately, anothercounter worker identified my payment and called the ticket number to identify the person with my payment receipt. Great jobgiven the chaos! Read more
