I really miss the variety of syrup's you could choose from. I wanted my kids to experience that fun just as I did, but. We got... the minion pancakes for my 5 year old so she still had fun. The place was pretty busy, but they were juggling well. Our waitwasn't too long. It's relatively clean and everyone was polite, so I can't say anything bad about it. We enjoyed our food. Read more
Kristen was the server of the day for our party of 2. She had more than three tables but our drink order was delivered quick.... Meal was in front of us within 15 minutes, I asked for more salsa and didn't wait long for that either. ThanksKristen!! Another Thursday morning visit and service was still great. IHOP deserves zero stars after what we received tonight. We picked up dinner tonight and received burnt food. It is obvious that... the cook saw the burnt food and did not care to remake it. It does not take long to remake this food, especially since it is soeasy and quick to make. Also, the hostess or whoever is in charge of putting to-go orders together also did not care becausethere is no way they did not see the burnt food while packaging it up. This is completely unacceptable from both people. Notonly could you tell it was burnt but it smelled and tasted like it. I will NEVER order at this iHop EVER again!!! My order was supposed to be ready by 10:56. I got in there on time, had to wait... another 20 minutes for pancakes. It was busy, I get it. I waited that 20+ minutes to get small, tough pancakes! If I could give0 stars, I would. This is not acceptable! I'm just done with ihop altogether. Read more

I?m not sure if it?s new management but I definitely seeing a change! I have never seen a manager hold down a Restaurant the way... this gentleman did! This IHOP was completely packed on a Sunday. The manager Giovanni was top notch! All his staff and team wereamazing! Wait times were no longer than 15 minutes I?ve never seen anything like it! I?d recommend this IHOP to anyone!
