I came to visit a friend in the valley. I saw a rival Greek restaurant and suggested that we eat Mediterranean food. He made the... executive decision to steer me away from that restaurant and to the Pita Kitchen. I was a little surprised by this move, but wasso glad that he did. Pita kitchen was everything that I was looking for. I ordered a big dish to try several things. They taketheir food seriously, which was evidenced by their hummus. OMG it was amazing! Just the attention to detail on a base food showsjust how exceptional their food really is. The rice carried it's weight enough to eat alone. I chose the Chicken shawarma for aprotein and added falafel. I was satisfied the rest of the day and had to share my experience with my mom back home, as I knewshe would be jealous.
