I am sort of torn on this one because they have pretty good sandwiches and good menu options. but service is average and their... soups are pretty much canned and not made from scratch. Read more
UPDATE 9/27/22: Knocked off the final star for this location because I never received any kind of communication regarding this... disappointing experience. I even reached out to corporate myself and never even heard back from them. The lack of customer careand professionalism makes me doubt the company as a whole and not just this branch. World of Sourdough across the street,however, has been fantastic! 7/29/22 Usually a fan of Potbelly but today my Avoturkey was piled with near-spoiled (or I guessjust spoiled) avocado slices. I was pretty disappointed at the lack of quality control since AVO is kinda the whole point ofordering the AVOturkey. A few hours later, my bowels are making me regret trying to power through half of it against my betterjudgement. Read more
I don?t know if it?s because I was hungry, but I really just had one of the best sandwiches ever. I also tried the Voodoo Heat... chips and definitely surprised me with how amazing of a flavor it is. My new favorite sandwich shop! Read more
Don't waste your time, went here last night at 8pm, was the only customer during my entire 20 min visit (they ran out of chicken... salad and had to remake more) only to get home, bite into my sandwich and taste ASH, open my sandwich and there's BURNT bacon onit. You'd think if I've been waiting patiently all that time the LEAST they would do is make sure my food was preparedproperly, the additional minute and a half recooking bacon wouldn't have made my visit any worse than it was.
