Waited like 30 minutes for a chili cheese coney, pretzel and two drinks. My hotdog is completely discolored and tastes bad. How... has it been MONTHS and this location still isn?t being held accountable for poor food? It also shouldn?t take 45 minutes for thefried cookie dough bites when I placed an order just for those by themselves for pickup. This location is absolutely terrible.Idk if it?s poor management or what but this place really needs to be put in check. Read more

Reiterated numerous times my wife was picking up the order. On her arrival it was as if Martians had landed although she had the... screen shot confirmation ready. They proceeded to hand drink after drink for some reason, I called and the female employee thayanswered sounded as if she accidentally que tipped too much. We got 1 out of 5 items correct, and employees were too "busy" totry to make things right, perhaps because their dealer was parked at the end of the row overpowering the smell of actual foodbeing served. I live right down the street so I order from here frequently. It is always painfully slow but tonight was by far the worst... experience. I pre ordered through the mobile app, paid, drove up, and checked in. I then waited 40 minutes and never received myfood or drinks. Yes they were pretty busy but there were 5 or 6 employees working and food didn't leave the building for a 30minute stretch. 25 minutes into the ordeal one employee started coming out to people who were trying to order and basicallytelling them to leave because they were understaffed. I tried pushing my own red button to request a refund but no one respondedor came out at any point to let me know what was going on. 40 minutes later I couldn't wait anymore and had ro leave. I calledcorporate and they begrudgingly refunded my money but that was it. They didn't seem to really care and didn't offer anyreassurances or anything. I won't be going back. Read more

I come to this location pretty often and from when I first started coming here to now it's just going down hill, every time I... come they never have the correct size or something is not working like the slushie or milkshake machines. Today when I came in Iordered 2 large drinks on the app and they were out of large cups (of course), so the lady tried charging me the difference for2 RT44 even tho it's not my issue they don't have the large cups in stock but anyways I obilge. I did the math on my phone &what the difference should have been was 32 cents but she comes back asking for 1.88$ which was way more than expected , I askedwhat was the reason and she said idk this is what it shows on her system, so at this point I ask for my refund as I'm not goingto pay any more than I should, I understand it's only a couple dollars but it's the principle. So when I asked about why theycouldn't just make the options not available on the app if they don't have them, like other locations, she just kept saying theydon't have any control of it? At the Estrella location if they're out of something they won't let you order on the app but hereyou never know what to expect. This is not the Sonic I tend to frequent but I came across it and thought I'd order my usual. I will preface with the place... being nearly packed full. Even so, carhop (1 of only 2) was friendly and polite. I did have to wait around 15 minutes for 2drinks and 2 small popcorn chicken. However, I know the girls were working fast. It was more a matter of needing more staff(they are hiring!) and not due to slow or uncaring service. Read more
