I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one answered, we pulled up to the window and 5 different employees walked by and... looked at us and still didn?t come to the window. We had to knock on the window before someone ?saw? us and took our order. Read more
Poor customer service and leader ship here at this location. We approached the store at 10:26pm wait in line and don't arrive at... the speaker u til 10:40pm line moving slow, to be told at dt speaker that they are sold out of burgers for the night,pull aroundto window asked for my order to be read back and she hadn't forgotten the three larges fries,she added them to order,I proceedto next window where yet again I'm not greeted but rather shout out to pull forward bc they are cooking my order bring my orderout with out my sandwiches,So I have to walk to dt window bc the doors are locked and no one is answering the phone. To see uponmy arrival through window the manager on duty female is standing at front counter eating Chicken nuggets not offering to lift afinger to help her team but rather devour chicken nuggets in her mouth. This past Wednesday, "Mickey Mouse" was the drive through cashier at the Ayden location. She was very patient, attentive, and... friendly when I came up to order. She got it right on the first try and when it came out the order was perfect!!!! Mickey needsto get some money added to her salary. Need people like her at all McDonald's locations!! Read more
This is by far the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever set foot in. The last 3 times I have had to pull forward and wait. Then after... waiting forever I go in to see where my food is and of course nobody knows. I asked for my money back and leave. By then mylunch break is over. Three times!
