Love the pizza place, the food is good, employees at the store are awesome. But.. Cancel the 3rd party call center style over... the phone ordering process and ill change to 5 stars. Just spent over 20 mins on the phone dragging through the ordering processjust for the incompitent call center rep to "transfer the call" and have the order not even make it to the store. Made me feellike giving my card info to them was some kind of scam about my cars extended warranty. Once I finally got transferred to thelocation, the wonderful store employee took not even a minute to get my whole order (which was a big order) entered, submitted,and processed. I placed an order with a two liter coke. They did not have coke so they sent me Mr Pibb. Nobody called to see if this was ok.... I?m actually having a party and the coke was going to be for mixed drinks. Who drinks pibb anymore anyway!? He gave me a creditfor just the two liter but no concern at all for the inconvenience. I have been going to this Domino's for years. The past few orders have been subpar. This order was supposed to be a Cali... chicken bacon with Jalapenos. No jalapenos and the cut are way off, plus not whole pizza covered in toppings. Also, theyhave a 2-minute guarantee to have your pizza out to the vehicle once you say you have arrived, the last two times they cut thetimer off, and it takes several minutes for the order to come out. This is their program, if they can't have it out in thetime allotted, we are supposed to get a free pizza, I didn't make the rules, just play by them. I contacted the store the timebefore, but this time figured this might get someone's attention from Dominos. Read more

Called the Store for dry burned pizza a guy told me to bring it back and he will fix it, the Manager came to the front with bad... attitude he didn?t even apologised about his sorry pizza all he says I will not get another one, he wasn?t professional the way he talks like not a Manager at all, avoid this sorry store. Curbside pickup was great! Food was hot and fresh. I am a little concerned about the ?curb? around the handicapped parking... space. Not sure why that?s there. I will check out the delivery service next time. Read more
Boo..hiss.... waited an hour for my pizzas and had to pick them up myself.... luke warm by the time we got to eat.... NOT... happy... but they look pretty if thats what your in it for...lol Read more
