Not very hygienic. Freshness of food and menu variety not up to level expected from Taco Time. Two employees were walking... around the kitchen area eating hand held food while they stocked supplies etc. One of these employees handed me a glass forwater and held it by the rim with his fingers inside the glass. I asked for another glass in the hopes that it was a one offmistake but the same thing happened again. No water for us! We were one of only two customers in the lobby and still had along wait.
