Worst chicken ever, do no go there when they first open, Chicken from the night before re-heated. Horrible, dry and hard, i... could not eat it. $30 for two people, it cost pollo loco $2 for the food we received. I will never go back, they charge buffetprices with plastic hard junk that is not food, to top it off i tried eating just the little one scoop mashed potatoes and icould not even eat that because it was cold straight out of the fridge and they forgot to microwave them. El Pollo Loco is my absolute favorite but I've had enough of this particular location and this is why I'm giving 3 stars. This... is the 3rd time in a row that I order several Pollo Bowls and they give me dark meat or de-boned shredded chicken from theprevious day. When I order a Pollo Bowl I expect to see fresh nicely diced chopped chicken breast. Very disappointed to say theleast, also in the taste. I can taste the difference in the dark chicken and it is definitely not what I was looking forward to.I removed the so called chopped chicken breast from my bowl and replaced it with a chicken breast that I had ordered. I wasfrustrated at this point and did not want to return to the store for them just to tell me that they had ran out of choppedchicken breast, like they've told me before. I gave them several chances but enough is enough. I took pictures so that you cansee what I'm referring to, breast meat is white not brown. You can judge for yourself. The chicken is so small. Chicken did not look like it could fill anyone up. Be prepared for a surprise.
