The only issue I had was the way the phone was answered by the female employee. She was speaking very rudely placing me on hold... twice. Not very much of a help or service she gave. I think store owner or manager should talk to employees about phoneetiquette and if they're upset to take a break and continue with their work and not be rude about it with customers. I live a ways away from this locations so I was a little angry... when I was told that I can't get a refund unless I waste my time to drive back to fix their mistake.
