Today I ordered a large pizza and wings I waited 20 min then the food wasn?t ready and she made me wait another 10min . Poor customer service on numerous occasions . If my grandchildren didn?t like this pizza I would have stopped coming.
I was honestly disappointed on the waiting times. I ordered online and then I saw people getting food faster than the mobile... app. I was frustrated at this point so I asked an employee untill they told me they would send an email with the code at thetime the screen said. I would give the food an overall 2/5. I still think there is room for improvement however I will beoccasionally be eating here. I just found all of this disappointing. Read more
Pizza is ok if you can get it fresh. The Italian cheese bread is better if you can get them to make it. I'm usually told it will... be 15-20 minutes for the icb. That's on a slow night.
