My husband and I eat at Mesa often. The food is always great and the service is usually outstanding. Last night, we were very... disappointed with the service. The young lady that initially asked for our order was seemed irritated that we were even there.The young man that made our burritos also seemed irritated and even audibly huffed when my husband asked for more sauce. Theyoung lady that took our payment was very friendly, until... my husband hit the " no tip" button( we usually tip). Her attitudeinstantly changed. The few words she spoke to us after that were short and mumbled. Once our burritos were finished and foodpaid for, we had to wait several more minutes for our quesadea. Ultimately, our food was good. Walked in a little after 8 pm to make an order and the young man told me if I wanted to order it would have to be through the... drive thru because the lobby was closed yet they were helping someone out. I decided to not even go through the drive thrubecause he was very rude and seemed annoyed that I even came in. Super disappointed with the service!
