July 2022 update the service still needs work. Sadly food was mediocre this time around also. Service could've been better the... bus boy came to the table and actually said we seemed to have misplaced your server. Was sitting there maybe 15 mins before weeven got drinks. Red Lobster is one of those chain restaurants that does certain things very well and other things subpar. This is one of my... favorite places to get soup, salad, and biscuits as a quick lunch. But many menu items (i.e., rice, steak) come out tastingbland or microwaved. The service at this specific location seems to be understaffed, as well. We typically have issues withservice during lunchtime when there seems to be the least amount of waiters staffed. Absolutely phenomenal food and service. Juan Carlos was our waiter and he was amazing at service and very attentive. The food... was phenomenal. The seafood platter was great. We got two different seafood plates so we could both try bits of everything. Theappatizers were great. The bread was great. Everything was 5 star worthy. $200 on dinner and evey penny worth it. Came to Red Lobster looking for nostalgia after many years of not dinging here. I think the menu and the taste of the food... hardly changed and maybe that’s a good thing.
