Shelby threatened to spit in my food after I complained about a short staw. I said she did a poor job of inventory and needed to... do better. This is where she started yelling "your talking still" I tried to explain again, she kept talking over me. Refused tolet me even get more than one sentence in and then yelled loud enough where other employees started telling her to calm down.This is when she said I was never allowed back and that she would spit in my food. I brought my mom today for her birthday, she had a reward on her phone and wanted to use it. We came through the drive thru and... had the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. From the lady taking our order to the gentleman who gave us our drinksboth of their attitudes were unacceptable if you have a problem with your job go somewhere else. It was not busy but you couldget faster service at the DMV. No welcome to Starbucks, no thank you they just said her Starbucks card didn?t work but then whenthey were told what coupon it magically worked and they closed the door in her face. I feel bad for her because this was herspecial day and the employees here were pathetic in delivering customer service. I sure do hope they never have to experiencethat on their birthday.
