I had an issue with a mobile order in the drive thru. Started out my fault since I had selected in store pickup, but girl in... drive thru escalated the situation by telling me ?there?s plenty of other Taco Bell?s?. I asked for a manager, she shut thewindow. Manager Brian inside wouldn?t look at me while I was trying to talk to him, walked away from me. I?ve been coming to this TB for years. While I don?t expect service at a fast food to be exceptional or even good, I expect it... to not be straight up rude. I tried to walk in and order in person. I was brushed off mutiple times and when I asked one workerif I can order he said ?I?m off the clock bro?. This place officially has fallen the wayside.
