One of the best places I have dined at since moving from NY, as some of their dishes come very close to mimicking some of dishes... served there. Delicious calamari (when served) and shrimp scampi. Great food and courteous, friendly, and attentive staff. Read more
Was expecting better quality Italian food. Was disappointed with my chicken alla carbonara ,it was bland , texture of the... noodles was not its best, the chicken was not tender ! Lacked flavor overall. 2 stars only for their Lasagña which didn't lookdelicious but was tasty. We ordered 2 different Desserts which we did not enjoy at all. Don't think I'll be coming back here . Located in the heart of Bakersfield, the l this little gem brings you to the streets of Italy. Food: They have options from... perfectly cooked seafood to eggplant parmesan! The eggplant was over breaded and a little mushy, but that's a really hard one tonail and I'm being very critical. Tasted great! Our whole party was happily satisfied by the portions. Nothing major negativelyimpacted the food review. Service: Friendly, communicative, and not overbearing. Location: Crowded. It was popular enough thatthey only accept reservations and had a constant for of people coming and going. Now imagine that with tables spaced just farenough apart that customers awkwardly had to wiggle behind guests trying to eat.... Bathroom: After walking past the cashierhidden in the back, 3 doors, through the kitchen, through another business, and into the parking garage...
