Chicken and waffles with a bala falls pub twist. This and every month feature I have had this summer has been delicious. Stopped here midweek in the summer, outdoor patio (dog friendly), patio full but not overflowing. Prices fair for water front... Muskoka, good value for the money. Server attentive & friendly. Buttermilk Chicken good, Fish & Chips (Pickerel) very good, PupClub good. Fries very good. Maybe just avoid the BBQ Cauliflower, this was not well recieved after having many times before. Amazing food, maybe the best burger ever! And watching the water skiing show while we ate was pretty spectacular! And I forgot... to mention our server was exceptional, we were a party of 12 and she got everything right AND recommended a place for us to takethe kids cliff jumping!!! Read more

We stopped by this local pub because we were on the hunt for dinner on our way to Muskoka, and goodness me, the food was... amazing! Below is the food we ordered, and I highly recommend everything we got: -[DEEP FRIED CURDS] $14.15 ???? Served withyour choice of marinara or gravy to deep the curds into ???? I opted to go with marinara, and I have no regrets! Love deep friedcheese, and it was served piping hot -[FISH & CHIPS // 2 PCS] $28 ???? Ontario Walleye, beer battered in house, fried toperfection, served with their handcut fries, and tartar sauce ???? Portion sizes for both the fish, and the fries was good ????The prices are a bit steep in general, but understandable -[SMOKED MAC N' CHEESE] $13.95 ???? This is an October featuremeaning it won't be on the menu going forward, but it consists of classic macaroni smothered in a smoked three cheese sauce ????Also served with garlic toast ????? This dish had a bit of a kick to it as it looked like it was topped with a good amount ofblack pepper, and pepper flakes Minus a star for the delayed service our table received. We were seated fairly quickly, but itdid take us almost 20 minutes for a server to come by and take our order even after all four of us made repeated eye contactwith several servers. Eventually, when we did place our order, our food came out within five minutes, and was delicious though!It did look like perhaps the local regulars were served before we were, which I think is something that could be worked on butotherwise, I would definitely come again! ??
