Got food for my family via the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece meal and it was short a chicken breast. The breast costs over... $3 when you add it to a meal. Didn't discover the missing food until we got home. Wanted to call back and complain, but theydidn't give us a receipt. I would avoid this place as we are always missing food when we get home. Hello everyone this is to alert any future customers who lives around the Balch springs area. This place is really corrupted,... recently tried to buy some chicken from this location, everything went well until I got charged by the worker who probably hasno idea what was going on but the management there is so corrupted, they swiped my card and blamed the system from going downright after the transaction went through, They tried charging me a second time lucky I checked my bank account and told themthe transaction went through my account why would you guys charge me double, the shift leader Andrew replied with, ?there systemdidn?t show it went through? so as the transaction was pending I decided to not make a big deal and ask if my pendingtransaction goes through I well come back to get my refund and he agreed to it. 2days later the transaction went through so Istop by and get my refund back witch could have been avoided if they would have just gave me the food I had already paid for asi showed them my account had already paid for it that day but the manager Saul insisted to deny my request so as I ask for mymoney back the manager Saul responded back with a very unprofessional response stating ?my daughter ?perla ? is the area coachdo as you please it won?t matter to me? after hearing this I was shocked to know the owner Ryan we?ll have such people workingfor him, not only was the daughter the area coach but the shift leader was the son, this shows why this location simply isn?tdoing well with customers they are committing frauds and I hope the management gets caught my order was a $50 dollar order thatthey simply stolen from me worst Kfc experience ever !!!???? My large mac and cheese was only half full, my spicy famous bowl was just a regular, my strawberry lemonade was regular... lemonade, 2 of my 4 biscuits were missing, and the worst of all of it..... there was a hair inside my famous bowl. I had a horrible customer experience at the KFC location on Elam Ed. On 11/15/22 at around 1 PM. I ordered 2 KFC bowl combos but... was charged for 2 meals. I was not provided a receipt to show what I was initially charged for. I went ahead and ordered 2 sidesof fries and as I was was paying for my order I heard the female employee talking out loud with the man running the drive thru.She said people need to learn how to read before they order. I let her know that I could hear every word she said and I would bereporting her. It is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to talk negative about a paying customer. Unfortunately I did notget her name as I was so upset and had to rush back to work. She definitely needs to be retrained on customer service and properetiquette. Read more
