Pressed the button to order the screen said red button activated but after waiting 19 minutes and never getting my order taken.... I just ordered in the app. Then it took 15 minutes to get one drink and 5 blasts. It was around 830p.m. and they weren't busy atall. Read more
Service was fast. Maybe too fast. Fries weren't really warm and each of the two we ordered was only half full. Asked the hop to... bring more out. She only brought one small to make up for the missing medium. The single burger wasn't even warm. Double wasjust barely warm enough. Card reader would not work. Was told hop could run it. Went toge one in Ash Flat. This particular day, the service was bad. We used the drive thru, we saw our kid's root beer floats... just sitting in the counter for 10 MINUTES while the cook was till preparing our burgers. When I told the young lady my icecream on floats had melted, all she said was sorry & went back in. Read more
