Forget about this place at your own peril... I live nearby, and for whatever reason I find myself not selecting Dairy Queen as a... first choice. Or at least, that used to be true. The food is great. The options are great. Plus, you know... Ice Cream ... Sothere's that. It sits just off the main road (Hwy 63) north of the I94 interchange. So you may not see it if you don't lookaround the corner from the Kwik Trip... But don't miss it, as it's definitely worth the stop off, especially if you're alreadyon the hunt for fast food in the area, and you're looking for something that isn't amongst the usual cast of characters in theFast Food realm. Have I mentioned Ice Cream? Read more

Baldwin, Wi I want to thank the guy that made my day yesterday on 9/11. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Georgia Mud... Fudge blizzard, I knew this isn't on the menu anymore. My brother took me to this DQ about 15 years ago and got me one of those. He recently passed away... So I went through Baldwin on our way home yesterday and ordered one... Thank you for the guy thatknew how to make it, and for making it for me! It was just like I remembered 15 years ago. Read more

I entered through the drive through at this location today 7/28 at approximately 12:30pm. The male that was on and taking orders... at this time couldn?t have been more rude and off putting. I work at the hospital across the street and thought it might be funto do a fun pick-me-up treat for our team. Especially since today is #MiracleTreatDay where $1 from every blizzard sold isdonated to Gillette Children?s. What a fun way to support a place we work so closely with! Upon driving up, I asked and verifiedif they were open as the front doors were closed. I was addressed in a very curt manner by some guy who made us very aware ofshort staffing hence drive through only. I was then told that they are only able to do ice cream products and drinks. Beforegiving him my list of 10 blizzards to order, I wanted to verify that ?ice cream product? included blizzards as I didn?t want tomake their lives any worse if that was excluded. He snidely remarked, ?well blizzards are ice cream products?. Due to theirspeaker system at the drive through muffling his words, there was also a bit of back and forth asking him to repeat things whichas you can imagine, made him even more lovely of a personality to deal with. Thankfully when I pulled up to the window, thegirl who took my payment couldn?t have been more sweet and helpful. She offered to label all the flavors that were ordered andensured that each treat had a lid plus a spoon and even packaged them up in trays for me. Give her a raise!! I completelyunderstand the stress of having to work short staffed, believe me. I also understand that this job isn?t necessarily ones ?dreamjob? if you will, and I?m sure that having to deal rude customers daily will also make the work environment occasionally tough. However this guy who was working the drive through orders this afternoon should be taught that basic empathy and respect forothers can go a really long way. Even if it?s something as simple as taking ones ice cream order. Pe Read more

Went to place an order in drive thru, person on the speaker was acting like they couldn?t hear/understand me. Repeated my... question about 3-4 times. Then they said they don?t understand mumbling so when I got closer to speaker and spoke more loud sothey could hear me, the person told me I was being rude. Their attitude from the start was rude and I ended up changing my mindand going down the street to Culver?s. I don?t recommend going here, they are not friendly and clearly hate their job. I work incustomer service and the way they were acting from the start was not acceptable. Read more
