I went to dine in order and got my food pretty quick it was so good , and the worker were very nice
Through the app, I ordered the Mix and Match. I specified 3:15 pm as pick up time. It wasn?t ready. After we waited for 10... minutes in the drive thru lame, I was asked to park in front of the restaurant which I did. After waiting for another 10minutes, I went inside to find out that my order was not even being prepared. The guy the front had to tell the kitchen toprepare it. I asked for Big Fish and Big King. I got the Big Fish and a Cheeseburger!! My bad because I did not verify. But theywasted my time and cheated me!!! Very bad service. Read more
Go there once in awhile for lunch I only have one problem with that place their service kind of sucks you go to the drive-thru... they tell you wait a second and you're sitting there for about over a minute the service is really not that good sorry to saybut it's true Read more
BK was super busy when I went to place my order inside. The cashier was new, so it added to the wait time a great deal; however... very pleasant and helpful with taking orders. A couple of customers had been waiting a long time to receive their meals. Theshift manager saw what was going on and immediately stepped up and began getting the orders for those who had been waiting. Shethanked them and apologized for the wait, and also was kind in giving them a free side of onion rings. That is what I like tosee in customer service. For that alone, I would definitely return! Never gets my order wrong, really decent pace on receiving food, and the staff are always quick to help someone
