Great experience. Waiter was friendly and on point. Brisket and pork were delicious as served?true BBQ doesn?t need sauce if... it?s smoked right, and this was. Sides very flavorful, too. We stopped in to Choate for the first time to have a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have an... amazing bourbon selection and make a mean old fashioned. We ordered fried pickles for a starter and they were phenomenal!!! Forthe meal we each had the pulled pork sandwich. We can honestly say we have found our new BBQ joint!! I love Choate BBQ! I finally made it to Ball Ground to see their restaurant....it was fabulous ???? did not disappoint! Staff... was super friendly and BBQ was best in Georgia.
