Menu for Bally Block Co in Bally, PA

Terrible customer service. I had a countertop ordered in March. I received it in June (was supposed to be April), but it was... not finished properly (fault of the manufacturer). The people ordering my counter said that it was being put in as an order toBally again, but that Bally would put it at the bottom of the list...because that is how things are done in this industry. Ibelieve that my counter should be at the top of the list because the outstanding order is from March...not looked at as a neworder. If I didn't have several pieces installed already I would cancel the order, but now I am stuck. Of course the piece I amwaiting for is the one that holds my kitchen sink. I sure hope that the new piece is done properly and that I don't have to goto the bottom of the list again. TERRIBLE. Paying for quality doesn't always give you quality service or products. Nice people, nice manager, quick in and out. No problem in weigh station. They know what they are doing.

Safety issues everywhere! No emergency shut offs. Guards off. Machines running. W open covers. No. Masks handed out no hand... wipes filthy bathrooms. Mold in lunch rooms.
