Overall this location is disappointing because customer service is below average, the quality of food isn't good when the... freshness not there.. Ghost Pepper Whopper was cold and wasn't that hot(the burger was colder than the bun, which I reheated athome). There was a few times that they didn't have certain food or drink items available during purchase resulting in wastingtime going elsewhere. If you running a fast food franchise and some of your items are out of stock or whatever, than at leastlet customers know beforehand before spending... Just a suggestion to save everyone time and money. ???? This is one of theworst Burger King location because the quality of food is poor and most employees seem to be in a bad mood.. One thing I can sayI'm truly thankful for is customer service which is outstanding because they care about customer satisfaction and respect. I gotreimbursed for an order with no issues, commutation and understanding was professionalism. I love that the food is always fresh and hot! also the coupons are super inexpensive!!
So just when you think a place can't possibly get any worse, someone has to go and prove you wrong. As if the lackluster... customer service isn't bad enough, my experience the other day tops the list of things you should never have to put upwith. Now I've been avoiding this place like the plague but the other night I stopped by to see if anything had improved. Ithasn't and it is actually worse. I'm in the drive thru waiting on my food and look into the window to notice one of the crewmembers is sucking on her thumb (and handling food). As if this wasn't bad enough, she starts giving a shoulder rub to one ofthe male coworkers who is wearing a shirt that says "In Training" on it. Thank God she didn't handle my order because thatwould have been an immediate call to the Food Safety Inspectors down at the Health Department while I was demanding my refund. Read more
