I wish I could give them zero stars. They are absolutely the worst Chipotle restaurant I?ve ever been to & I have been a fan of... Chipotle for more than a decade. Every time I go to this specific location, I am informed by an employee before I even place myorder, that they are sold out of different condiments. I have given them 3 tries now with all the same results. All theemployees are unprofessional & need to reconsider their current employment for disrespecting what Chipotle intends to providefor all customers - great customer service, great food, & a stocked & prepared table to provide product at any time duringopening hours. I just had a baby and the first thing I wanted was chipotle. My husband went to buy it for me, when I opened it I regretted my... decision the rice is so yet that it?s one piece. We had to take off all the rice go to the nearest Indian restaurant to orderwhite rice then add the toppings on it. What a waste and disappointment. Read more
They have to really be trying to mess up orders as badly as they do. Burrito missing the rice and wrap. Bowl missing the rice.... Quesadilla missing everything except the wrap. I honestly have no idea how the manager at this location still has a job. Itbeggars belief. Read more
We picked up a mobile order only to come home and find that the guacamole was inedible. It was clearly old and we couldn?t eat... our meals at all. Whoever thinks it?s ok to serve this guacamole to customers is insane as this could make someone sick. Donot reccomend the Bayview Chipotle. Read more

I walked in to get some food today but they they had a sign on the door that you can make orders online only which I didn?t... bothered to do it. Food was 25 minutes late and I didn?t get what I ordered, I paid extra to get guacamole on every order plusanother side of guacamole with chips. The guys just said to do the claim online in order to get my refund. Every time I go tothis place something happened. This is the last time I visited this place.
