HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! The Manger is the most unprofessional person I've ever seen and his employees are following... by example so they are just as bad as he is. He closes the store several times during the day with no explanation as to whythey are closed. I mean just random times throughout the day. They are always out of something especially the signaturedrinks. No Lattes, no Frappes, no Iced Coffee. Why are you out of Iced Coffee? Its coffee, ice and some cream unless youwant a flavor. As well as don't order tea without expressly reminding staff of healthdepartment regulations. Never sposed to open up a seal product and mix it yourself.
