On Brazilian Time is a great bang for your buck. The appetizer sampler and picanha platter were more than enough to fill up two... stomachs. The sampler includes 2 coxinhas (chicken and cheese croquette), 2 coxinhas de carne (beef and cheese croquettes), 2risoles de tres queijo (3 cheese croquettes), 2 kibes (beef and bulgar croquettes), and 2 bolinhos de bacalhau (codfish cakes).My favorite one is the kibe since I love the nuance of flavour it has, but they are all delicious. The sirloin had excellentseasoning with large, crunchy granules of salt. The beans and rice were well cooked, the farofa (toasted cassava) added greattexture, and the vinaigrette brightened bites as I needed. I especially enjoyed dipping everything, including the variouscroquettes, in the farofa. I didn't get the pao de queijo during this visit, but I've had it from them before + can confirm theyare addictive! ???? All-in-all, the food here is both delicious and filling! I was very pleased and amazed with the taste and quality of the sandwiches... I finally tried their famous Pão de Quiejo... Picanha Burger/Sandwich which was absolutely mouth watering and the meat (picanha/top sirloin) was prepped medium rare which iswhere the flavor is at!
