I can't say enough about this place. I have been eating here for 5 years and it has been an amazing experience. At Penn and... Pratt Restaurant you are not just another customer or just another dollar, your family. They are a family owned and operatedrestaurant and they treat you like one of their own. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. Nice seating and beautifuldecor. You are never rushed to eat and pay. Being a frequent customer they remember my order and I feel like I'm special. Theyserve breakfast all day (during the hours their open) so no matter what time you will always find something that pleases yourtaste buds. As I mentioned before I could go on and on.
