This location is beautiful but has poor customer service. I have been a customer of various locations from day one , and was... excited when this location opened because it was closer to my home . At first things were good , however a week and half ago Iwent in to order the traditional bowl on Sunday at 4:45 right before closing. The bowl was terrible and like water . Iimmediately called back the next morning becasue the store was closed when I tried to call on the day of purchase. The lady whoanswered the phone had the worse un welcoming tone , once I tried to explain why I was calling , she rudely cut me off and saidI needed to speak to the manager on duty on Sunday and that I should have called back then . I tried to explain that the storewas closed once I got in the car to eat my traditional bowl , she cut me off and said there was nothing she could do . I askedfor a manger and she rudely said that she is the manger . I asked for her name and I think she said it was Jennifer . I told herthat I have never encountered this level of poor service. I have been going to this location ever since they opened as it is only a 5 minute walk. I have well over 100 visits as I go... nearly every day. I am in love with 4 of the bowls and the granola is ???????????????? There are several friendly employees atthis location which is remarkable given some of the frequently rude customers they encounter. Yes, a few of my orders have beenmessed up but everyone makes mistakes. Not surprising since I substitute an ingredient or two with nearly every order. I likedthe previous rewards system where every 12th bowl was free but the new system pales in comparison. Takes 3x the purchases forthe same reward now. Their new app is handy. Read more
