I've always had good customer service, food, and help at this store.
I come to this Royal Farm every morning and the older guy who?s on the counter is the most nastiest person ever. So, today I... went in purchase the same thing that I get every morning 3 packs of mentos , small coffee and 1 Kristen Kreme donut the totalis $8.97. So there was a bunch of receipts hanging from the register and one said declined . Keep in mind he wasn?t at theregister a white female was behind me (who told him I stoled ) . I throw those receipts to the side to get my receipt. The blackolder guy comes out to my car and accused me of stealing ( instantly believe the white female who didn?t know what the heck shewas talking about ) . Let me say this I work every day and make good money . I don?t need to steal anything from royal farms. Ishowed him my receipts he still tried to say I was stealing with proof that payment went through. Whomever was before me stuffdidn?t go through.I will be reporting y?all to the BBB and Attorney General office along with the health department. Heshould?ve just ask to see my receipts not instantly accuse me of stealing because a white person said I did . Read more

A man walked in before me and was told to leave because he didn?t have on a mask, (I watched from the car) the issue I had with... that is the employees not wearing a mask! There is signage on the door saying mask are required yet older female employee didNOT put her mask on until I walked into the store. After I left out the store she took it off as well as the gentleman that wasworking with her. Another customer came in as I am now watching from the car again and the female employee put her mask on butnot properly because her nose was exposed. Not wearing a mask properly is the same as not wearing one at all! ALL employees needto wear their masks properly as they are REQUIRED! It is up to Management to enforce the rules to maintain a safe environmentnot only for the employees but the CUSTOMERS as well. Read more

Bad customer service from the lightskin lady working the food 11/11/22 10:00 am. She was rude from the start of the transaction;... yelling telling me my food was done already; which I wasn?t sure of because of the proportion size, but with that being said itwas indeed the wrong size order. I let her know and she had a horrible attitude about fixing the order. I spend atleast $16 atthis location everyday which equals to almost $6000 a year. I won?t be back; also wouldn?t recommend.
