Usually I have a good experience at this location, but my last experience was rushed. I understand the business closes at 9 but... at 850 you cannot rush your customers to make a choice and be just rude and abrupt with service because you have 10 mins untilyou close. Nothing was said to me personally but I felt bad for the customers after me who walked into the employees saying "ohno I'm about to lock the door, do yall know what yall want?" Read more
My smoothie was okay but damn I shouldn't feel like I just walked into your kitchen and spit in your coffee when I walk in as a... customer and speak. The young lady behind the counter that just served me had the absolute worse attitude I've experienced in awhile. Didn't greet me as a customer, even after I politely greeted her. After finishing the last customer's smoothie, shecomes over to the register and after punching around a bit, she looks at me like "what?"...again saying nothing to me. Shebarely gave my total and mumbled something under her breath that sure wasn't a "your welcome" when I said thank you afterreceiving my smoothie. This review lost 2 stars as I wrote it. Very cozy and low key location but very nice and clean. The staff is top notch and the manager Sean is incredible. Smoothie came... out a bit wrong but he immediately fixed the issue and remade with no question and a walmart smile the entire time. I definitelylove this location and wish more were like it. Overall experience is okay. I continuously come to this location and it isn't bad. The manager & owner is polite. customer... service needs to be WAAY better though I shouldn't get mugged & have to be the first to greet. I got the peanut power plus instrawberry with extra peanut butter and I don't taste peanut butter at all the smoothie just taste like sugar water. This why Iprefer to come in the mornings. Read more
