Horrible experience would be putting it mildly. From the moment I stepped into the subway in John's Hopkins Hospital I had the... feeling things would not end well. I was attempting to have a sandwich made as I wanted it, but the two women working thecounter were insisted upon me having it as they wanted to make it. After getting my point across, for the next 6-7 minutes thatit took for them to make the sandwich I had to listen to them vent about their working conditions. It has always been my beliefthat the front of the house (customer) should never be exposed to the back of the house's (staff) issues. They just went on andon about how bad the company, Subway, was to work for. How they can't keep employees due to management short comings. Mysandwich was made incorrect, no doubt due to lack of attention to the sandwich prep while criticizing the company. I WON'T begoing back...???????????? Read more
