Adding my review here since it did not meet Door Dash guidelines and editing (where I see fit) based on the owners... response: The bagels are warm and soft. The outside of the bagel isn't crunchy. How was I suppose to know that I had to askfor a double toast if I wanted it crunchy? I requested a fried egg for the breakfast sandwich and they still gave me the bakedegg. If the business doesn't offer substitutions or special requests then I suggest you block this feature in door dash as Idon't look at the website when ordering from door dash and this was my first time ordering from this establishment. I chose toorder here based on ALL the positive reviews BUT based on MY EXPERIENCE my preference is not to eat here. The owner was 'toointo her feelings' on my 3-star review that she didn't even address the burnt hash brown that was inedible. I appreciate thatthe owner is reading the reviews but use them to improve as I'm sure the business will continue to thrive. Read more
I just had the Little Italy coldcit best I had ever had. The bread is amazing the meats r amazing and all fresh . I never been... in place that are dig friendly and people friendly and it's my best place for now on . I lived here all my life and should ofcame here sooner . Best place in Baltimore and federal hill . The staff is so amazing and caring I love this place will be backalot. Come try it out your won't be disappointed .the staff are the best around. Urban deli is the best. If your looking for a nice place to have a bagel or sandwich and listen to some relaxing music on the... radio....this is your spot. Awesome staff that puts out top quality sandwiches. I recommend the chicken caesar wrap!!! The bestchicken caesar wrap i ever had. Read more

Ordered Urban Deli through DoorDash. It was super speedy to get here on a busy Saturday morning. The breakfast sandwiches were... delicious!!! The DoorDash driver forgot our coffee and after calling the manager hand delivered our coffee to us AND gave us acookie for our troubles!!!
