Between this location and the former location in Harford Mall, I have eaten at Villa since I was my children's age. The owner... recognizes not only me, but now my husband every time we visit. The pizza looked like it was 3 days old. The pasta was microwaved. It was obvious the pasta was for my 3 year old and 6 year... old, but the guy nuked it so hot it took so long to actually cool down so it didn?t burn them. My Stromboli was cold in themiddle. I was greeted by the cashier after my order with ?what did ya get? and after I asked for napkins I was scolded by herstating they always put some on the tray.
