Yet another disappointing experience with Bancroft Pizza Pizza, after months of not ordering because they can't seem to cook... their pizza we decided to give it one more go making sure to indicate we would like out Pizza's cooked Well done.. but again wereceived Pizza that can barely pass as cooked.. having to re-cook it again in our own oven. Upon calling to complain I wasoffered another delivery of replacement pizzas or a $10 credit.. neither of which is an acceptable remedy. I can confidently saywe will NEVER order from Bancroft Pizza Pizza again. We have seen other Pizza Pizza's in other towns/cities cook a pizzacompetently so we know this is specific to this particular store. Absolutely ridiculous to deliver uncooked Pizza. Read more

Worst experience ever at this pizza pizza. First of all the bathroom was disgusting, looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a... week. After seeing the bathroom in the shape it was, l felt like leaving without picking up the pizza we ordered. Once openingour pizza box it was clear that the oven wasn't working properly. One side was not cooked properly, the other side wasburnt. Definitely will never be stopping here again. Read more
THE CHEESE WASNT EVEN FULLY MELTED!!! I have not been this disappointed in a while. Who pulls out a half cooked pizza and is... like ya ill serve that to someone...the dough wasn't cooked through and dough in the middle. Update: We are only able to offera same-day remake or partial credit as per policy. Why would I want another uncooked pizza I want my full money back.
