This is my local Sonic so I like supporting them. I haven?t had a ton of issues. But tonight I ordered a hamburger kids meal and... we got home and realized it had cheese on it. It?s not just that my kid doesn?t like cheese, he?s allergic to cheese. So now werisk him getting sick if he eats this burger even if I pull the cheese off. I double checked my order, I definitely didn?t ordera cheeseburger and they got literally everything else right but the one thing that really mattered. Disappointed. I've tried to be patient with the sonic in bandera however you have had cars in line honking flashing lights waiting to be... served and when I pulled next to the window to leave not only did I see no one paying any mind at all one employee even made eyecontact with me and walked away so I had asked if anyone was watching the drive through and was greeted with surprised looks asif they barely realized they were still at work. Waited in line for over 10 minutes , the car in front of me too. Nobody every took his order. I left without anything as I... needed to pick up my kids from school. It was on a Thursday , I was gonna get the specials , corndogs for 50 cents each. InsteadI had to pay more at Burger King next door but at least they took my order. Dine In, Take Out or Delivery ? Usually only go for little snack & pretty good! But what happened to the corn dogs? Pretty sure they shrunk!? Hotdog seemed much... smaller and cooked well done, so definitely made a difference. I would rather you hike up the price a few cents than change theserving size & taste. Also, every to go order should come with napkins, plain & simple.
