I ordered a pizza and I never had pizza with this much cheese. It was not good at all . Dough was smelling . It made me sick .
This is literally the worst tasting pizza I've ever had the missfortune of tasting in my life. The sauce was aweful, the pizza... was undercooked, the ingredients weren't fresh, and the slice itself tasted like it was made the day before. I asked counter person for a menu to review prior to ordering take out. He said the only menu was on the big tv screen in the... upper corner of the waiting area. It was very incomplete- just advertising specials , not the real menu. I had to go online andview menu on your website , which was not easy to do on a mobile phone. Took me 15 minutes. I placed order online , and chose topay at counter when order was ready, then waited. Order was ready , counter person told me amount due. I tried to pay with meAmex card. He told me ?No Amex - it?s too powerful!? What does that even mean??? I told him the sign on door shows all cardsaccepted including logo for Amex. He replied with same ?too powerful ? response. So I paid with Visa. I wanted to use me Amexcard for dining and that was one of the reasons I chose this location because it says that Pizza Pizza accepts Amex cards. Thatis false - at least at this location. It is like an illegal ?bait and switch? practice carried out by a merchant. You are doingfalse advertising and I will be reporting your location to Amex Bank of Canada for the poor service. The positives: the pizzatasted good, was made properly and on time. I ordered a pizza at 12:25 and it?s been more than 40 mins and delivery guy came at 1:16AM and he was so rude to me. It was... supposed to be free pizza and he started yelling at me saying do you wanna pay or not. I refused to pay and he left. I rememberhis face and he refused to tell me his name. He was so disrespectful to me. I?m sorry to say but it was my worst experienceever. I always used to give tips to the pizza delivery person but this guy was so rude and unprofessional.
