I am not a fan of fried chicken. But my family seemed to enjoy it. It did look very oily and the spicy wasn't spicy.
Absolutely disgusting and insulting behavior of its its staff, even such a poor customer service complaint standard, their is no... procedure in place to verify customers satisfaction. It took 5 days to get someone back for issue, its Absolutely wast of moneyand disrespectful behavior and response. Never had such a bad customer service and customer complaints resolution process.Popyees should close this store or arrange special training for its employees. Very disappointed Read more
I waited 25 minutes for 4 pc platter. No one was bothered by the delay so no one acknowledged it. Onion rings was undercooked... like there was raw flour on it. We were hungry so i went back to order chicken nuggets and it was closed already at 7.40 pm. Ihope they start acknowledge the delay at least and cook the food properly. Read more
Had Popeye?s for the first time. I was quite satisfied. I?d say 8/10 for the sandwich, I think there could have been a little... bit more sauce on the inside, but the chicken was juicy and crispy and the pickles were perfect. The bun was also very good. Thecajun fries were okay, 6/10. Not really crispy and a bit cold. The staff was nice, they recommended 2 extra sauces for us totry! I?m sad there aren?t any Popeye?s in Quebec (if anyone from HQ is reading this, we would be delighted if you opened a fewstores in our province!!). The only reason I didn?t give 5/5 was the location.
