We travel all summer live in Bangor, this is exceptional place much nicer and better food then china light by far!!! Crab ragoon... is big fresh. Delivery was timely and price fair. Read more
Timely and effective service. Good location but obnoxious girlfriend made it hard for employees to function. Reluctantly staff... were able to handle it maturely and escorted her off the premises with assistance from local law enforcement. We (me) lookforward to our (my) next visit! : ) Read more
First time here. Got a vegetable soup (mostly broth, not many veggies), three sad looking chicken teriyaki and one tiny spring... roll. Cost almost 18 bucks. Wouldn't care so much if the food was delicious--it wasn't at all. I get it--things are getting moreexpensive. But this was highway robbery. Won't be back. Read more
I've been to China Wok 3 times now since they opened and to be honest I'm not really impressed with their food quality or... customer service let alone prices at all! I think China light was much better! I got takeout from this place last night at lastminute before they closed at 10pm which normally I'd never do but it was 9:40 and I politely asked the lady on the phone if itwould be an issue and she said no! I ordered $76 worth of food which wasn't much food at all but come to find out the menuprices are insane especially for the quality of food I got. The girl on the phone was very short with me and rude and yes I knowit was almost closing time but geez I know many places that will gladly take your business with a smile on their face and agreat attitude right up till close and this place wasn't one of them! They said my order would be 20 minutes but they called me10 minutes after I ordered wondering where I was when I was told I still had 10 minutes left before the food would even beready! Lol. Long story short I'm not saying this place is bad cause it could be much worse but I am saying outta the 3 timesI've eaten there none have been a good experience and I guess compared to the other few takeout places in Bangor and one inbrewer I would rate this place at the lowest! This has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bangor area. Since they re-opened, the food always comes out hot and... you can tell everything they serve is freshly cooked. The only complaint I have is that the prices have gone up quite a bit, but I think the quality of the food is worth the extra cost especially after eating at some of the other Chinese places in thearea.
