I've eaten at the Albuquerque location and this location in the last two weeks. Their steaks are on point and cooked to... perfection. The brussel sprouts, asparagus, and broccoli are fresh, crisp and roasted at the right time and temperature. The macn cheese is rich and creamy. The staff is friendly and professional. Whenever we are in the area, Longhorns is an absolute necessity for us. We were here when this one had just opened up and it was... over the top for the quality of the food!!
