Came in 20 minutes before closing. I was sure i would be turned away or at least told it would have to be "to go". Pleasantly... surprised they allowed my party to be seated. The food was delicious! They had 1/2 servings as well which was a normal size.(I was comfortable full not miserable full) not once did i feel pressured to hurry up even after official closing time. When wesat down the waitress took drink order and informed us they were out of ice but someome was already next door buying ice. nexttime though i will stay and save room for the dessert! Thurs I had lunch with my son and my granddaughter. We were cordially greeted and quickly seated at a booth. The waitress was... friendly and took our order. The food was excellent as usual. I had the antipasto and lasagne dish, my son had peppers andonions, usually my choice; both were excellent. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! It was mine and my boyfriends first time attending last night and the food was an A but our server was a D. We were greeted... immediately and were seated promptly by someone other than our server. After ordering, she brought out my side dish first, thenabout 20 minutes later she brought out our main dishes. Our appetizer was brought out with the dinners and my soup neverarrived! The server was chatting with other tables and staff for 15 minutes until we flagged her down for ranch which ourappetizer was supposed to come with according to the menu and inability to eat without a dipping sauce, and my soup that neverarrived. No apologies on her part, and no drink refills in the hour and a half we were stuck there. We had to wait until 9:20 pmfor her to finally bring us our check when we had finished eating before 9 pm. After asking for takeout boxes, she took another10 minutes and never even brought back the small container for marinara that we asked for twice until we were walking out thedoor. To top it off, she asked in a surprised tone if I didn't want her to "pack it up for me" as we were walking out.Unbelievable! Luckily we had a $25 gift card and didnt have to pay full price for her awful service. Hopefully her manager willread this review and speak to her so other diners won't have to deal with this.
