It was my first time visiting. Great Burrito and great service.
Hi to whom it may concern. The customer service at Santiago's was treble. Considering that they charged us for an extra plate.... Although we received the plate the food was stale. We called & requested for a refund or a exchange of food. I was unhappy withthe manager Lura. She inquired that we bring back the food. In my experience with customer service you would return the eatenfood & would in exchange receive a full plate. She wanted on the other hand to give us back a half burrito for a half eatenburrito for say. So we were terribly unhappy & had little food to eat. Read more
Santiago is a place where you will receive delicious food. Their prices are reasonable and you will receive a good amount of... food where 2 people can eat off the same dish. My son got a sausage burrito 07/01 @ $7.75 which he enjoyed; nevertheless, Ileft due to the customer service which the cashier act as I did not exist, was disappointed and left. The 1 star due is to thecashier is racist or just like certain individuals. I have been to Santiago several times because I believe in supporting local businesses. My experience have been awful I walk in Santiago that particular cashier is working. She goes behind thecounter and acts like she busy until someone speaks Spanish she smiles and serve them 1st. I will not support this businessanymore due too the service I have received over the several times I have been there. As I said Santiago has great food andservice if the cashier likes you but for me it's a no go because I tried. I'm apologize if i offended anyone but i do notapologize for the experience i had.
