Apparently being able to read isn't a qualification for employees here. When people ask for no cheese it could be because there... is a food allergy instead of simply not just liking cheese. Thank you for wasting my money on a terrible sandwich. Read more
I worked here for two months and never got paid. After voicing this multiple times to corporate all they did was postpone and... dismiss my concerns, claiming I would receive my paycheck, which two years later still hasn't arrived. I even took this up withthe company and work department of Illinois only to be shut down yet again because apparently the manager had moved locationsand didn't keep track of any paperwork (when I showed it, it was told as too little of an issue to take legal action). At thetime I worked there, they did not pay multiple of their workers whom were minors, clearly taking advantage of their lack ofexperience in the work-field. Similarly, I have heard many other workers voice their negative treatment by those in charge ofthe restaurants hardly be given their pay's worth. Plus since I worked there I can tell you, a lot of their food is processedand all their chips were expired so literally go anywhere else. Read more

Was on foot and arrived at front door 20 minutes prior to closing. Website was not longer accepting orders. I called the store... directly and they immediately took my order and made my sandwich ( accommodating my special request as well ). Great customerservice and great sandwich. Thank you guys!!
