I ordered a birthday cake 48 hours in advance and came in to pick it up and it was not ready or even heard of. The male employee... printed out the order and was extremely rude about having to do it right then. I ended up not going with my original planbecause they made me feel bad about what I wanted and ordered in the first place. The male employee had a printed out copy ofthe order (so they had it for 2 days and neglected my order) and said it would take an hour to make a simple cake. Extremelydisappointed with my experience and the lack of apologies or care to any customer. And to top it off their resolution was a $3discount on not getting what I asked for. Read more

Tonight my girlfriend and I came through the drive thru for dinner. We ordered 2 meals with upgrades to cheese curds and 2... blizzards for after our meals. In total we spent $32. We pulled up to the pickup window and we were handed our 2 blizzardsfirst. We waited a little longer and we were handed 1 meal with fries that should have been cheese curds and then we were askedto pull forward to wait for the rest of the food because they were making fresh chicken strips. At this point we had notreceived our drinks, a receipt or our other meal and the meal we did receive was wrong so we pulled up to the front and walkedin. We explained the situation to the worker inside who looked surprised to find out we also weren't given a receipt. She walkedto the cook, who is visible to guest up front and asked where the food was. The cook seemed to have no idea that we were waitingon food because the order had been cleared. The cook also seemed flustered by the other worker explaining the fact that we hadreceived less than 1/2 of our order and that the food that we did receive was wrong. I was able to hear the cook yell back tothe other worker "we have other customers, I don't have time for this", I'm not sure who the manager is or where that managermay have been during all of this. But it was probably one of the least satisfying experiences with fast food in recent years. The place is clearly understaffed as there is a help wanted sign up with applications on the front counter. I believe sadly thatthis location may stay under staffed and ultimately close down. After all, how can you expect to hire more staff when the helpwanted sign says "paying up to $12 an hour". With a Culver's just down the road, we'll be going there from now on; consideringthe price is the same and the quality and class of Culver's is better. Read more

We waited in line for almost a half an hour in the drive thru. There were only 2 cars there when we arrived. When we pulled up... to give our order, they asked us to wait a moment & that even took 5 minutes. If there would have been a way to pull out ofline and leave, we would have. And, no apology for the wait. Fries were cold. Asking for extra ketchup seemed frowned upon, and they could not tell us which of our drinks was the diet cola. We were not impressed. Read more

The food is pretty good, my favorite place for ranch and fries, except for the fact that there?s cartilage in almost every... chicken strip every time I go. it?s not very nice when you bite into chicken and crunch onto something that isn?t supposed to bethere. Please inspect your food better. I will not be going back for chicken or any other meat from there. Read more

We walk in and there is no one behind the counter, not a single table is clean, and once we do place out order and sit... down....the food brought to us was wrong and cold! All 3 fries were cold and a burger had no toppings. They remade them for us,and while we waited, we ate out melting ice cream. Definitely remembered why I never go here Read more
