Terrible experience. Couldn?t understand worker in the drive through and he couldn?t understand me. Pulled up to second window... and food was handed to me without any drinks, ice cream or even a Big Mac. We received the drinks after asking again butMcFlurry took 10 or more minutes to receive. But the Big Mac wasn?t noticed until we had drove away. While we were eating, wenoticed some nuggets were raw in the middle. Whole experience took a half hour for 3 small meals. Overall lost out on 6 dollarsand the food was so dry it?s still stuck in my throat. Almost choked while driving. Read more

Only had kiosks open and it was confusing how they were running it. Kiosk would ask for a table card number but there were none... at the kiosk. So we entered a random number, as they were doing counter pickup only apparently. Except they were calling numberson receipts. Kiosk did not print the receipt though so we couldn't figure out our number. Staff was very confused when we askedfor help and barely understood or spoke English. The guy with the ponytail kept looking at me but refused to take my order. There were no other customers there so I think they... just didn?t want to take my order. They took 20 minutes before we had to leave and go to macs (which is way better in myopinion). Read more
