If you're looking for atmosphere this is not it. If, however you want fresh catch of the day seafood prepared well, then stop... here. No table service, you order and pick up from window. Most fish is fried. There are a few broiled options. I had thebroiled shrimp which was very flavorful and well cooked. My friend had the fried clam strips and they were great; not more breadthan clams like most seafood restaurants. The corn fritters are amazing and the hush puppies were light and flavorful. This place was recommended by our tour guide from Corolla, in the Outer Banks as a good simple place for great fresh seafood. We... both ordered the fried oysters plate for 18.00 and came with 2 plentiful sides of tasty canned green beans and slaw. The oysterswere on the smaller size but fried perfectly and tasty. You order at the counter_ they hand you a buzzer and you go find aseat, when the food is ready- about less than 5-10 minutes, you go back to the takeout window and pick up your order.
