They usually do good but today I told the girl I wanted 3 seafood platters and preceded to tell her the sides she told me the... total and I was not paying attention. Got my food of course only two meals so I let the kids have theirs and I did without.Which is a trend anymore cause every place I go to has this problem. I like Captain D?s food however, I have been consistently disappointed with their drive thru service at this location. EVERY... TIME the order has been WRONG! I have driven back to the restaurant to get the order corrected..at least 6x. Fortunately, theycorrect the order but there is never an apology of any kind. I just don?t understand why they can?t get orders correct. It?s sofrustrating having to drive back to the restaurant meanwhile the food that was provided is stone cold which makes for a horribledining experience. Word of caution, if you go there, you better double check your food before driving away. You cannot rely onthe person at the window to tell you that your order is what?s in the bag, because they don?t verify and the simply don?t care!!Also, they need better training of their staff?they are very immature, poorly trained, and lack customer service skills. The food and service here was great. They also keep everything very clean. It was bright and open. We sat by the windows and it... was a sunny ?? day, but nice and cool inside. I had the catfish and it was very tasty. I love their hush puppies, they are verycrispy and have onions in them. Read more
