I rarely order from here because I prefer pizza hut. However.. my husband loves Papa John's pizza, we order a pepperoni with... light sauce pizza for our children and after it got delivered the pizza had no sauce and no cheese! I was very disappointed mykiddos were waiting on their food for a little over half an hour. Only 2 slices of the pizza was eaten, they were the only oneswith somewhat cheese! Order two pizzas, one with extra cheese the other sausage. The extra cheese wasn?t extra cheese at all. The crust was super thin... (when ordered hand tossed regular crust), little to no sauce, and a scarce amount of cheese. The sausage as you see.. was burnt.When I called Papa John?s to complain, they said to bring the pizza back, and they will give another. Completely inconvenientrunning back to town only to get another pizza that was only another disappointment. My family ordered carry out after the Bardstown Christmas Parade. I received notification by text that our family's food was... ready. Sent my 12 year old son inside to pick up our order and he was inside for at minimum 15 mins before finally I went insideto check. Of course our food had been ready the whole time so when I asked what the wait was for they were extremely rude withmy 12 year old son as well as myself.
