Very friendly staff, great pizza and very short wait.
If I could give them a zero star I would. I placed an order over the phone gave them my card number it got denied once the... person placing the order says it was denied. the card was ran twice the second time it went through. she says it didn't gothrough and there was no order placed but yet my checking account is showing that they took the money from my checking account.I go there and they refuse to make my order after showing them where they took my money from my checking account then they tellme that I can take it up with their manager I called corporate. The worker argued with me after clearly showing her that theytook my money. To me arguing with your customer seems a bit inappropriate after they are showing you validly that they tookyour money I don't understand why she couldn't just make my pizza that was all I wanted now I will not go to Pizza Hut. Lessonlearned Bardstown pizza Hut is stealing orders $17.00 at a time I suppose. Read more
Pizza was cold and nasty. Took 2 hours to get to me after being handed off to door dash who they screwed out of the tip I left... for the pizza Hut driver when I ordered on the pizza Hut app. This place has went downhill. I'll never order from here again. Read more
